Accommodation
Enjoy a spacious, peaceful stay in our Breton house, which is composed as follows:

- A spacious bedroom with double bed (160cm) and en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower and WC

- A large living room with a wood-burning stove, and an open-plan kitchen for cosy evenings by the fire. There's a TV screen, but no stereo (HDMI cable to connect a computer) and WIFI in the room

- A vast veranda overlooking a verdant garden, with a large old-fashioned wooden table for meals, and a club armchair for quiet reading in the early morning and enjoying the rising sun.

The house is set in a haven of peace, with a peaceful, quiet garden and numerous coves and walks within easy walking distance.

The house is only occupied by you, so it's really an entire dwelling.

All rooms are on the first floor, making them easily accessible, and all overlook the garden, providing plenty of light throughout the day...

Other comments
Guests are responsible for their own cleaning. There is no charge, so we rely on your courtesy and conscientiousness to leave the accommodation in impeccable condition (vacuum cleaner and cleaning products are available in the laundry room at the back of the room).

You'll find a detailed checklist in the welcome book to help you with this task, so that you don't forget anything and the next guest arrives in a warm and pleasant home.

Household linen (pillowcases / fitted sheets / sheets) is not provided.
Bath towels provided.

Pets not accepted.

We are totally flexible on departure times if there are no tenants after you, and before you!

Electricity is included in the rental price from April 01 to September 30. Between October 01 and March 31, there is a charge of 15 euros per day, to be paid by bank transfer on arrival.

The house is only occupied by you, it is an entire dwelling.
